Coaching Program
Deepen, witness, and integrate more expansively through an intimate group setting.
You will be assigned to different coaching groups throughout the program.
- Connect virtually or through a chat to explore what comes up, ask questions, or validate your process
- Meet your group at various intervals throughout each block
- Coaches work intimately with Milena to enhance your experience
Integration Projects
- Some segments include an Integration Project which requires students to team up, prepare, and present a closing piece
- Participation levels vary; some will be more hands-on while others may feel like being an observer
No, you can sign up for each segment by selecting the pay-as-go option in the registration form.
You can still continue onto the rest of the program and we will work together to keep you integrated.
This program is designed to complement and advance all of your already existing trainings. People have used the somatic teachings to include somatic coaching within their 1:1 sessions and to guide people towards embodiment in a group setting.
The reading assigmments are about 30 minutes/week while all other assignments are designed for you to integrate the teachings within your day-to-day life so that extra work is based on developing consciousness and applying the principles to your work and everyday interactions.
We accept Paypal, bank transfers, and credit cards. Once you have been accepted in the program, you will receive a Program Participation Agreement form to design your payment schedule, based on your needs.
